From receipt of your order, subject to the item not having gone out of stock, we aim to deliver your purchase to you within 3 days. We will email you to let you know when the purchase has been dispatched and will also email you to receive your instruction should any delay in delivery be envisaged. Please note that credit/debit cards are debited as the order is placed. Payment by cheque will delay delivery as dispatch cannot take place until the cheque has cleared into our account, this may take up to 5 working days.

All items for UK delivery are posted via Secure Mail Services signed for delivery at a charge of £4.99. This is a “next day delivery” facility for most addresses in mainland UK. We are also able to offer a "Saturday Guaranteed Delivery" at no added cost. All orders placed on a "next day/guaranteed delivery" basis must be placed with JOL before 3 pm on the day prior to expected delivery. All items will be packaged in JOL brand packaging and will be further packaged for delivery. All items delivered to a UK address will be sent by SMS signed for delivery; these items will need to be signed for, on delivery, by the recipient. Should this prove problematic please contact SMS at clientsupport@securemail.co.uk or alternatively on 0870 950 6774. Please note that if you request the goods to be sent by any other method, JOL will not accept responsibility for the delivery of the goods or any damage to the goods in transit.
